Welcome to the Englewood Elementary School Library
Englewood Library Policies
Students will check out books one day per week during their class "Library/Technology Lesson." Students who are absent on their library day can request specific books for the librarian check out and deliver to them.
Remote students may request books via Schoology or by email. Remote students can keep books for two weeks.
Students are allowed to check out five books for the week. The books will be overdue after two weeks. However, if a student needs additional time to read the book, he/she may recheck the book.
Meet Ms. Walker
I am the new library media specialist. Meet Mrs. Walker I am Stormie Walker, the library media specialist at Englewood. Our library boasts a diverse collection of more than 8,000 books. We follow both a flexible and fixed schedule, allowing students to check out books during their scheduled class time each week and also during flexible times. My goal is to cultivate a passion for reading and enhance information technology skills in students of all levels. I am eager to see your child each week and am here to assist in any possible way!
